Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’. Unless otherwise stated herein, refunds will only be granted at the discretion of Exception or when obligated by law. The goods must be returned in as new condition, in original packaging (even if packaging is damaged) and refunds can only be claimed within a reasonable time from the date of the original sale.
We consider 14 business days from the date of the original sale is a “reasonable time”. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases when requesting a refund.
Returns and Warranties:
Warranty is provided on all of our product range and eligibility to claim a warranty must adhere to the conditions as outlined below.
Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases when claiming a warranty. Exception reserves the right to decide to repair, replace or refund any faulty products within the warranty period. Any warranty replacements and/or goodwill repairs performed do not create a new warranty or extend the original warranty period. Warranties are not transferable and only apply to the original purchaser.
Exception Group Pty Ltd is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of this product (ie: that have been subject to excessive wear and tear, misuse, negligence or that have been repaired or altered without the written authority of Exception). Exception Group liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Casada Maxiwell III Portable Massage Cushion
Due to matters of hygiene, no refunds are offered on the Casada Maxiwell Portable Massage Cushion once used. Please test the demonstration units available on our stands to your satisfaction before purchase. Our Sales Consultants are there to answer any questions at the point of purchase – if you have any known medical problems relating to your body, you should consult your physician prior to your purchase.
The Casada Maxiwell Portable Massage Cushion has a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty with an additional 18 months of extended warranty if you purchase online or from any of our stands or displays. The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship however it does not cover general wear and tear. Exception will bear all postage costs within Australia for faulty items covered by our warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Smart Living Steam Mop & Steam Jr.
The Smart Living Steam Mop and the Smart Living Steam Jr. have a 3 month manufacture’s warranty, with an additional complimentary 9 months of extended warranty if you purchase either online or from any of our stands or displays. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship; however it does not cover general wear and tear. Exception will bear all postage costs within Australia for faulty items covered by our warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase, however we will not cover postage costs for items damaged due to neglect of misuse.
Responsibility for lost or damaged products:
Exception accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the Australian postal system. We recommend that when customers return products, that items are registered and insured while in transit. When Exception bears the cost of postage and handling of products for warranty returns, please notify us if your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
